Responsibilities:
Wire Ethernet or Fiber cable inside buildings
Install Equipment to customer site
Troubleshoot technical issues in customer site based on request
Support and visit business and residential customers if required
Other on-site and in-office technical support if assigned
Qualifications:
Background of electrical or networking
Experience in IT support/installation/electrical
Excellent people skills, communication skills and self-management skills
Honesty, integrity and a genuine desire to help
Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and in small places cannot have fear of heights and claustrophobia
Willingness to learn and undertake new challenges and complete work within assigned time frames
Work independently
Must have valid driver’s license in good standing
Must be able to read Blue Prints
Must have a strong commitment to safety
Must be well organized and be able to work well individually and as part of a team
