Method:
1. Peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds, then cut into finger-size
strips
2. Place pumpkin strips in a plate and steam for 15-20mins along with
4 salted eggs untill pumpkin is cooked through
3. Soak steamed eggs into cold water for 5mins to cool down, then
peel the eggs and remove egg white
4. Smash egg yolks in a bowl with a spoon
5. Heat a pan, add oil 3 tablespoons, saute egg yolk, add 1/4
teaspoon chicken broth powder
6. Add steamed pumpkin and stir well with egg yolk, dish out.
