Overview:
The Office Administrator is responsible for quality, productivity and timeliness of work to ensure efficient and effective processing of client’s request through an internal software system.
Responsibilities
Data entry and review customer’s file, forms and other documents
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Answer electronic enquiries
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
Support marketing programs and promote on social media
Required Skills and Abilities
Post-secondary education and/or equivalent work experience preferred
Experience working in a fast paced, structured and team based environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and relevant software applications
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Strong orientation towards customer service excellence.
Effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to maintain professional communication
Positive Attitude, punctuality and solid work ethic
Good organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
