                        Key Responsibilities:
•        Produce and timely manage recurring dashboards on the sales and engagement performance of all marketing channels relative to plan.
•        Collaboratively work with Manager to identify opportunities to optimize, grow, increase efficiencies, evolve platforms, tools, and data sources.
•        Proficient with using various attribution models and working with customer lifetime value data in order to optimize spending.
•        Data mine large volumes of data using analytic tools and package into dashboards and decks.
•        Analyze performance, collecting and providing performance result data for the organizational performance management.
•        Report on marketing campaigns and provide recommendations to improve performance.
•        Communicate technical data to less technical audiences and translate into comprehensible visualization.
•        Provide reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc basis to internal stakeholders.
•        access, clean and organize raw data in a way that makes sense for both you and the team.
•        Remain current and informed on industry trends, new tools and attribution methodologies.
•        Partner with business stakeholders in Product, Marketing, and Operations to help build out our data platforms and infrastructure.
•        Other work assigned by the department head.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
•        A recognized degree in Marketing / Statistics/ Business, or related discipline
•        1+ years of experience in conducting highly quantitative analytics, preferably in marketing
•        Knowledge on various data mining techniques to provide business insights
•        Strong communication skills and a positive, team-player
•        Ability to work independently, as well as in team settings; handle multiple projects simultaneously
•        Proficiency both in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
