详细介绍                                                 Position: Intermediate level IT Technician (Available ASAP) Working Hours: Full-Time, 5 days per week (40 Hrs Max.) Hourly Rate: Salary $31,800 annual + Vehicle Allowance (parking and mileage) Acceptable Candidates:         •        Access to own vehicle and willing to drive to customer sites throughout GTA         •        Knowledge of different versions of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office         •        Fluent English         •        Knowledge of PC Hardware/Software         •        Basic knowledge of Microsoft Server operating systems (2012 and newer)         •        Basic knowledge of network administration (Routers/Switches/Firewalls)         •        Customer service skills are a MUST Duties:         •        Provide phone and remote support to customers         •        Travel to customer site for repairs, maintenance, and new PC installations         •        Troubleshoot and repair PCs in-store         •        Basic server administration (creating users, managing file sharing and permissions, Group Policy, Data Backup, etc.)         •        Basic network administration including troubleshooting and resolving network issues         •        Provide formal documentation to customers and supervisors (status reports, implementation plans, etc.)         •        Work closely with both vendors and customers to provide superior customer services Apply:  Email resume to [email protected] Ideal Computer Technology Ltd. www.idealcomputer.ca
