Call Center Agent
On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, we are looking for a Call Center Agent.
Job Description
This group calls past due accounts that have missed one month payments. Some of these examples are mortgages, lines of credit, loans and credit cards. This center is focused more so on the customer service piece but has a collection component to it.
Call Center environment.
Metrics-based, Team-based, where everyone works together, and supports each other with any questions or help needed. On average, you have to make about 3 commitments from customers to pay per hour.
Mandatory Skills
Bilingual Reading, Writing, Communication in French or Mandarin or Cantonese
High School Diploma or higher
2 to 4 years call center experience
Nice to Have Skills
Banking very nice to have
Collection Agency experience very nice to have
Assignment Start Date
ASAP – 6 months to start
Assignment Location
Mississauga, ON
Hours
30.5/h to 37.5/h Candidate must be available from Mon to Sun: 9am to 10pm
They must work weekends
Candidates must be available to attend 3 weeks of training Monday to Thursday 2pm to 8:30pm and Friday 8am to 2pm, after which they would be required to work the assigned shifts hired for.
