Position: Logistics Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Directly reporting to the General Manager.
• Have a thorough understanding of international & local logistics and warehouse management.
• Plan and coordinate with the Customs brokerage and Supply Chain department from China for LTL/FTL shipments, customs clearance, and truckload and ensure freight has been transported to the 3PL’s warehouse timely.
• Accurately log inbound and outbound shipment info.
• Organize, coordinate, and monitor with the 3PL warehousing and distribution for inbound and outbound shipments
• Manage and complete processing of all documentation required including invoicing and payments for customs clearance and 3PL warehousing and distribution etc.
• Schedule shipments according to the order fulfillment schedules and track shipments to ensure timely delivery to clients
• Manage Company inventory
• Maintain the database online in the system
• Conduct monthly inventory counts and generate a summary report on a monthly basis
• Investigate damaged product and manage product return
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in written communication with customs brokerage, 3PL and others
• Work effectively and efficiently with other employees of the company, maintaining high levels of integrity and authenticity at all times.
• Other duties as required and assigned
Qualifications:
• University/college graduate preferred
• A minimum of one year of recent related experience in supply chain/logistics. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
• Excellent customer service skills and telephone/email etiquette
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, etc
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize to meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Manage time, priorities and projects with precision and appropriate tools
• Persistent; takes initiatives and sustains action over time in attaining significant results
• Leverages strong internal & external partnerships to improve efficiencies
• Superior customer service skills with a proficiency in troubleshooting for our customers
• Takes the initiative and recognizes tasks that need to be completed without the guidance of the director
• Good command of English and Mandarin both verbally and written
• Knowledge of other languages is an asset, but not required
• Manage daily, weekly and monthly scheduled tasks in an efficient manner
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and the willingness to work effectively in a team
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail required
• Full G License (Preferred)

Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM – Monday to Friday (daylight saving time)
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM – Monday to Friday (EST)
Location: 5075 Yonge St., North York, Toronto
Remuneration: $17/hr
