Thousandeals Inc. is one of North America’s technology services and consulting organizations in the computer hardware and refurbished computer industry.
Responsibilities:
-Maintain, assist and expand presence on the Amazon, eBay, Bestbuy and Walmart.
-Prepare, Create and Monitor new listings to continue extending on-line inventory.
-Increase existing on-line sales margins
-Create new postings or advertisement in most popular social media platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, to approach potential customers.
-Establish new online B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to Customer) sales utilizing best practice marketing technics
-Monitor, analyze and provide weekly metrics reports (digital and social programming)
-Demonstrate a high level of patience and professionalism in handling customer complaints
-Provide technical support to clients via phone, email & remote access
-Troubleshoot a variety of computer related issues and determine the best solution &
-Process RMA Requests and accurately note accounts
-Submit requests for replacement computers or parts through Database
-Follow up on clients requests
-Other job duties required
Qualifications and Experience:
-College Diploma/University Degree – Marketing/Design preferred -Experience in social media and digital marketing preferred
-Experience with Amazon and eBay operational procedures preferred
-Experience with PayPal, and other e-Commerce seller back-end systems
-Enjoy working independently, as well as working with others
-Technical understanding essential – Preferably coming from eCommerce sales background
-Understanding of digital marketing
-Green Triangle Safety Footwear
-Valid Identification (i.e. Passport, Driver’s License)
-Authorized to work in Canada (i.e. valid work permit)
