 We are a boutique Litigation & Corporate Law Firm located in downtown Toronto, ON.
 
 This position requires communication skills, great attention to detail, ability to work under minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.
 
 Responsibilities:
 - Manage daily operation of the office;
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and adapt to changing situations easily.
 - Answer and screen phone calls, schedule meetings/manage calendars
 - Assist with drafting, editing, and finalizing legal documents
 - Communicate professionally with all clients and opposing counsels
 - Handle administrative details with respect to opening and closing files, docketing, billing and accounting, etc.
 - Keep up-to-date and organized all of the electronic and paper filing
 
 Position Qualifications:
 - Successful completion of post-secondary program in a paralegal or law clerk program, or equivalent
 - Computer skills in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
 - Organized and meticulous with follow-up and detail
 - Ability to take initiative, prioritize and multitask
 - Flexible, team player, and client service oriented
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Ability to manage multiple priorities
 
 Experience:
 - Legal Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
