Purpose
We are currently hiring a Customer Service Specialist. This person would be responsible for the daily routine of office work.
Including answer phone calls, processing orders, shipments, customer service and more. Capable of handling various administrative tasks in a fast and efficient manner.
Education and Experience
High school graduate, with minimum one-year of customer service, or e-commerce administration experience.
Mandatory Skills
1. Fluent in English, be able to conduct professional and effective verbal and written communication.
2. Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
3. Must be able to demonstrate intermediate excel skills, including formula usage, pivot table, VLOOKUP, report generations.
4. Ontario G2 or G license, or equivalent
Optional Skills
1. Additional accounting knowledge or experience with Quickbook
2. Photoshop or image processing software
3. 3D design software or experience
Optional Work Experience
1. Working experience with e-Commerce industry
2. Experience working with logistic systems such as FedEx, UPS, Canpar, etc.
Work hours
Regular hour is 10am-6pm, Monday or Friday. Special hours may apply during COVID-19 epidemic season
Responsibilities
1. Ensure orders (eCom, wholesale, retail) are processed and shipped correctly and on time
2. Customer service to all sales channels
3. Invoice generation
4. Collaborating with various departments such as Warehouse, Accounting, etc.
5. Attention to detail
6. Multi-tasking
