Position: Office Assistant
Salary: Salary $18/hr, Full Time
Job duties / Skills requirements: 1. Prepare the daily sales invoices, weekly sales report and monthly account statements. 2. Tracking the payment terms and collecting payment from clients on time. 3. Organizing, filing invoices and other documentation. 4. Managing incoming invoices phone calls, and mails 5. Being able to communicate in fluent English/Chinese to maintain good relationship with customers. 6. Managing existing clients and sales. 7. Attending walk-in customers and conducting cash management.
