Full-time English/Chinese Customer Service Representative
Small fast-growing and fast-paced distributor of high-end furniture and lighting seeks Customer Service Rep
Duties will include:
Interfacing with warehouse personnel in cantonese or mandarin to arrange and schedule orders
Answering general customer inquiries over phone and in-person
Handling customer problems/issues in a professional, calm manner
Entering and processing customer orders
Arranging and booking shipments to customers
In-house showroom presentations to customers (training will be provided)

Requirements:
Must be 100% fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
*** MUST HAVE BASIC SPEAKING AND LISTENING ABILITY IN CANTONESE OR MANDARIN ***
(Chinese language for internal company use only. Communications with all customers is only in English)
Experience using Word and Excel software programs
Should have previous professional experience in customer service
Responsible, hardworking, and prompt
Able to work independently
Strong interpersonal skills
Must have post-secondary accreditation
*** Please no short-term students - this is a long term position
***
Location: North York - Dufferin / Finch
Hours: 9am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)
