工作职责
1. Prepare daily invoices, weekly sales report and monthly account statements. 2. Track the payment term and collecting payment from clients on time. 3. Organize and coordinating files and faxes. 4. Manage incoming phone calls, mails, and faxes. 5. Communicate in fluent English/Chinese to maintain the good relationship with customers. 6. Manage to call customers to get orders 7. Deal with walk-in customers and conducting cash management.
