- Enter and maintain customer's orders
- Enter and reconcile supplier's invoice
- Track inventories and prepare materials needed for shipment
- Prepare paperwork for shipment
- Contact stakeholders when needed
- Pick up calls and reply emails when needed
- Should be able to handle high stress and time sensitive environment
Requirements:
- College/University
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Very organized and attention to detail
- Proficient in excel
- Fluent English, Cantonese or Mandarin
