Duties and Responsibilities:
Responding to customers inquiries via email, telephone and in person
Clerical duties such as answering phones, filing, assisting clients, e-mailing, ect.
Take detailed messages
Provide support to management
Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office suite
Can handle some hands on work
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Windows environment. Proficiency in Access and other computer applications is an asset.
Excellent attention to detail & punctuality
Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Efficient with computers
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and resolve problems independently.
Able to work with & without supervision
Willing to receive training.
College diploma or equivalent
Candidate must be willing to work overtime and be flexible with workdays and hours
