Requirements:
At least 1-year working experience
Must have patience and be attentive
Clear communication skills
Time management skills
Must be fluent in English; both writing and verbal
Must be detail oriented
Able to multi-task
Job Description:
General office clerical duties including data entry, sorting and distributing mail, filing, copying, etc.
Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages.
Complete work schedules, manage calendars and arrange appointments.
Process and prepare documents.
Measure and size clients' members when needed.
Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders and address complaints.
Be professional and courtesy at all times during communications with both external and internal customers.
Be professional and courtesy when handling inquiries and/or complaints from customers.
Uphold strong working relationships with clients, maintain frequent communication with account representatives to understand their needs and requirements
Provide weekly sales summary reports
Work closely with the team to ensure customer's needs and requirements are met for each order. Items include providing details for purchase orders/specification sheets and ensure accuracy in order processing
The Employee shall ensure that all company procedures regarding packing slips, courier receipts, shipping samples, invoicing, etc. are strictly followed.

职位描述:

·完成工作时间表, 管理日历和安排预约。
·处理和准备文件。
·在需要时为客户成员量身和测定服装尺寸。
·与客户、员工和其他个人沟通, 回答问题, 传播或解释信息, 受理订单并处理投诉。
·专业并礼貌地与外部和内部客户沟通。
·专业并礼貌地处理客户的询问和/或投诉
·与客户保持良好的工作关系, 经常与客户代表沟通, 了解他们的需要和要求。
·提供每周销售总结报告
·与团队紧密合作, 确保各个订单满足客户的需要和要求。项目包括提供采购订单/规格表的详细信息, 并确保订单处理的准确性
·该员工应确保严格遵守公司关于装箱单、快递收据、装运样品、开票等的所有程序。
