详细介绍                                                 We are seeking a long term, fulltime Bookkeeper in the Markham area. How to apply: Please send your resume to lydiaxing@zsmdevelopmentgroup.com The ideal candidate will have a minimum one year bookkeeping or accounting experience in an office setting, with additional administrative experience in a business environment preferred. Bilingual in Mandarin is a strong asset. Duties Maintain books and records for company Accounts Receivables Accounts Payable General ledger Bank reconciliation Posting daily transaction Making bank deposits as needed Cash flow & budgets Credit card reconciliation Filing Taxes- HST/GST Light phone duties Administrative support Able to work flexible hours Experience in working in a multicurrency environment. Qualifications Excellent oral communication and customer service skills Ability to prioritize work with tight deadlines Must have high attention to detail, the ability to make judgement calls and work with minimal direction and supervision Discretion with confidentiality is a must intermediate Word and Excel skills Minimum 1 year experience in bookkeeping or accounting role Administrative support experiences an asset Experience with QuickBooks an asset Dedicated to teamwork, client/customer service and professionalism.
