Responsible for the reception area, phone calls, data entries, administration and logistic schedule
What We Are Looking For
.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
.Microsoft Dynamic NAV knowledge and experience is an asset
.Proficient with Office Suite. Advance level with Excel is an asset
.Experience in merchandising. Background in Grocery is considered a definite asset.
.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
.Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple assignments promptly and accurately
.Ability to work under pressure
What You Will Do
.Maintain main office telephone incoming calls and voicemail, relaying messages to colleagues
.Return general voicemail and email inquiries
.Greet visitors in a professional manner
.Schedule delivery/ pickup appointments
.To input large quantities of alpha/numeric data in a timely and accurate manner into computer systems
.Order picking, shipping, receiving, putting away, replenishment documents entry in ERP system
.Verifies items received by comparing the purchase order and the packing slip
.Other duties as by supervisor
.Time Management.
.Organized, Attention to detail, Good with follow up
.Stress Management/Composure.
.Problem Solving/Analysis.
.Energetic & Team player
.Willing to learn and work in fast-paced environment
