About Us

Our company is now seeking a Bookkeeper/Administrative position based in Vaughan, ON. We are looking for energetic and charismatic individuals to facilitate our operations. He/ She will work closely with our head office team and grow together with the company.

Job Responsibilities:
1) To preform a range of general bookkeeping duties including accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, sales orders, accounts and credit card reconciliation, online payments, month end reporting and other duties based on assignments;
2) To facilitate and execute main office operations including conducting phone calls, and email;
3) To provide support to the business owners and maintain and organize file systems, office supplies and equipment;
4) To continuously absorb and update knowledge in the field and identify and recommend system upgrades;
5) To propose ideas to help company to grow and succeed;

Job requirements:
Clear understanding and rich experience of accounting work cycle;
Proficient use of Microsoft Office and bookkeeping software(s);
Highly organized with ability to multi-task;
Meticulous attention to detail;
Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize and organize work flow;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Strong work ethic and committed to exceptional customer service;
Possess a willingness to learn, show initiative, and be a proactive team player;
Flexible and willing to take on additional work in busy periods;
Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor;
High level of confidentiality;

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $ 16.00 /hour. Salary will be based on experience and qualification.

Experience:
Quickbooks or other equivalences: 2 years (Required)
Administration: 1 years (preferred)
Bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)

Location:
Vaughan, Toronto

Licence:
Drivers License (Class 5) (Required)

Language:
English, Chinese (Mandatory), French is an asset
