招聘信息（Drafting - Technologists）：
1. ProjectCo-ordinator / AutoCad Drafter
Vaughan, ON
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per annum + Bonus + RRSP
We are currently searching fora Project Co-ordinator / CAD Drafter. This is for a multi-national corporation located in Vaughan, ON. Work with a solid team under solid management in a financially stable multi-national organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Education as an Architectural Technologist Diploma or Industrial Design from an Accredited. North American College or equivalent related experience
- 3-5 years of experience in CAD Drafting and Autocad on ceiling products (Curtain-walls, window/doors, sky lights)
- Solid Communication skills. This is a customer-facing interaction role.
- Prior experience in project co-ordination / Autocad Drafting and client interaction would be considered.
- Candidates coming from A&E companies and/or Building Materials will be greatly considered.
Job Type: Full-time, Salary: $70,000.00 to$75,000.00 /year
2. Toronto, ON. Full-time, position
As a Revit Technologist you will work closely with the Design Team, assisting on one dedicated on-going project at a time, and contributing to the technical competence and production requirements of the Revit team. Our office is conveniently located in the GTA accessible by public transit, parking also available.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist our Designer and Lead Revit Technologist with detailing
- Reviewing of shop drawings for structural systems in accordance to Structural Drawings and Designer Requirements using Revit.
- Drafting of details and specifications under direction of the designer and lead technologist
- Assisting project managers, designer
and other technologist with project execution during all project phases.
Skill and Qualifications：
- Proficiency in Revit is required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is an asset.
- Proficiency in interpreting and understanding standard architectural, structural, and construction documents is an asset.
- Familiarity of residential, commercial and institutional building design and construction methodology.
- Ability to manage time and complete tasks within tight deadlines.
- Motivated self starter
Education and Experience:
- Graduate from a recognized post-secondary institution in Architectural, Civil, or Structural Technology.
- 1 – 5 years of experience.
3. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Toronto, ON
Candidate Profile:
The BIM Technologist works as part of a team, under the direction of an experienced drafter, to produce drawings on a variety of buildings including commercial, residential, institutional and sports/recreation complexes.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
- Develop finished building models and drawings from general conceptual information and design notes.
- Provide project drafting and be accountable for schedule and efficiency.
- Be accountable to Project Engineers for drawing production and quality.
- Help the design be more easily communicated through your drawings.
- Work as part of a team, to produce drawings on a variety of projects.
- Co-ordinate and overlay drawings of other team members to resolve drawing co-ordination in development of detailed design of projects.
EXPERIENCE:
- 2-5 years working experience or education background with AutoCAD and REVIT.
- Technically proficient in CAD and REVIT.
- Team player who is assertive and able to work with minimal direction.
- Hard worker who is ready to assume responsibility quickly.
- Attentive to detail and have a desire to grow professionally and personally.
- Able to conceptualize structural and architectural details in three dimensions.
- Dependable and willing to work extra hours when required.
- Committed to client service and technical excellence.
