Duties & Responsibilities
-Answer all incoming calls (booking and confirming appointments), greeting clients, agents in a professional manner
-Uploading photos, scanning documents, processing new listing documents (price changes, extensions, etc.), entering listing information and appointment instructions
-Tidying office, stocking office supplies, etc.
-Support Agents in all document typing and other tasks
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-Minimum Post-Secondary education
-Fluent in English & Mandarin (Cantonese is an asset)
-Must be available to work on: Weekday evenings/ weekends
-Previous experience with Real Estate/ receptionist is an asset
-Comfortable emailing, using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
-Ability to multi-task and can meet deadlines
Part-time Schedules:
Monday-Friday: 4 PM to 8 PM
Saturday: 10 AM to 5 PM
Sunday: 10 AM to 3 PM
Experience: Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
Location: Richmond Hill, ON (Preferred)
