详细介绍                                                 The Tzu Chi Clinic is a Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic that is established through the Tzu Chi Foundation’s partnership with the Humber College. We are committed to providing our communities with access to high-quality Traditional Chinese Medicine elevates the standard of the practice through collaboration in education, research and practice. We are looking to expand our team of practitioners in our Professional Clinic and is looking for skilled individuals to join. Position(s) available: TCM practitioner (MUST BE A REGISTERED TCMP) We are looking for an open-minded practitioner that fit the following criteria: - Over 3 years of experience in treating pain using Acupuncture, Cupping and Herbs - Over 3 years of experience in treating internal medicine and/or external medicine issues - Experience in treating dermatological and gynecological diseases is a valued asset - Experience in patient recruitment is a must - Extensive experience in communicating the treatment plan to patients - Fluency in English (including: speaking, reading, and writing) - The ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset Soft skills: Team-worker – able to effectively work and communicate with other practitioners Coachable – able and open to learning from other practitioners. Able to take constructive guidance from clinic management Caring, long-term thinker – Our clinic highly values the practitioner/patient relationship, we expect our practitioners to care and develop a good long-term relationship with our clients Patient-focused – We aim to provide the highest standard of care to our clients, therefore our practitioners must be attentive and sensitive to the patient’s needs Good communicator – Client education in an integral part of our clinic, the practitioner must be able to communicate the treatment plan, educate and empower our patients in their journey of healing Reliable and accountable – We trust our practitioners to adhere to the standards listed above What we offer: - Clean and professionally designed facility - Split-compensation structure - Supportive and team-oriented environment - Flexible Part-time hours available (minimum 3-day commitment) - The clinic provides laundry, linens, lotions and all other utilities. Acupuncture equipment. Receptionist provided for bookings. Free Wifi.
