详细介绍                                                 Goldentrust Group is rapidly growing its presence throughout Ontario. Our team is looking to add a bookkeeper to our growing team in Toronto! The ideal applicant will have at least 2 years of experience as a bookkeeper. We are looking for someone who is motivated and excited to start a new challenge. Responsibilities: Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Use QuickBooks to write checks, prepare journal entries, and generate reports Bank and credit card reconciliation Perform payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner, and submit payroll taxes Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition Qualifications: 2+ years of bookkeeping experience Experience with Excel Strong attention to detail Great interpersonal and communications Knowledge of basic accounting functions If interested, please apply.
