                        BDI Wear Parts is a dynamically growing company with many years of experiences in production, purchasing and supplying crusher wear parts, crusher spare parts. We supply wear parts to USA, Canada, Europe, Australian, Africa etc. We are rapidly expanding our business and will soon establish branches in the US and China to accommodate the company’s development needs.
Job primary duties
•        Develop clear and effective written quotations based on inquiry from current and prospective clients.
•        Draft, create and send off new purchase order for existing and new clients.
•        Work and communicate with company’s purchasing department in China to ensure production progress smoothly.
•        Working closely with company’s freight forwarding department to ensure shipment arrive to client in a timely manner. Avoiding unnecessary costs due to work mistakes.
•        Supplies management with oral and written reports on client needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for client’s order.
•        Handle situations as they occur or find the appropriate person to assist the account.
•        Billing clients after the completion of product delivery, be able to track and record all sales, credits, and chargebacks accordingly.
•        Following up with payments, ensuring payments come through and take appropriate action when accounts are overdue.
•        Reconciling with the accounting department on a regular basis for all accounts.
•        Using office software programs to generate account reports, revenue reports, and documents.

Qualifications
•        Ideally, 1 – 2 year working experiences of logistics;
•        Proficient in Microsoft Office;
•        Keyboarding skills
•        Ability to handle large volumes of work accurately;
•        Strong organizational skills;
•        Strong problem-solving ability;
•        Ability to work independently;
•        Ability to prioritize work & time management skills;
•        Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
•        Effective communication skills
