We are a steady growing real estate brokerage firm located in Richmond Hill, Ontario. We are now looking for an enthusiastic & loyal real estate deal secretary assistant to join our energetic and positive team. The successful candidate MUST have at least one year related work experience.
Real Estate Deal Secretary Assistant Duties
Managing MLS Listing, checking MLS Listing everyday, changing listing status, following up MLS Listing issues;
Follow up real estate transaction documents with agents;
Close transactions and issue all types of cheques;
Fill out deposit book and deposit cheques;
Follow up commission payment status;
Release all types of cheques to related parties;
Report transaction data;
Answering inquiries from related parties.
