【Job Description】
岗位职责（包括但不限于）：
1.负责持续开发用户，增加活跃用户量；
2.负责所有扑克市场的开发和合规性确认；
3.规划和统筹所有扑克相关信息获取渠道；
4.与管理团队和客户一起制定Affiliate促销策略；
5.建立的Affiliate关系网络，并引导他们开发用户；
6.负责为平台引流玩家；
7.负责成本和预算的控制。
岗位要求：
1.流利的普通话和英语口语能力；
2.有扑克Affiliate管理/BD/扑克玩家开发经验优先；
3.喜欢玩扑克，熟悉当地市场环境；
4.工作地点: 多伦多/蒙特利尔/温哥华
5.接受出差安排


Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Responsible for consistently growing the active player base;
2. Coordinate the development and compliance of all poker sites in all markets;
3. Planning and implementing of all acquisition channels;
4. Developing affiliate and promotional strategies with the management team and clients;
5. Building key affiliate relationships and mentoring them to succeed;
6. Negotiated acquisitions of player bases and affiliate traffic;
7. Full P&L responsibility.
Required skills and qualifications:
1. Any poker affiliates management/business development/poker player base growth experience would be highly preferred;
2. Familiar with local markets;
3. Based in Canada (Vancouver/Toronto/Montreal)
